Community Hubs
Community Hubs have been set up by councils in each borough of Greater Manchester to provide support for vulnerable people who have to self-isolate. Please only contact the hubs if you require help accessing food or medical supplies and have no other means of doing this:

Independent Age have put together answers to the coronavirus related questions they were receiving through their helpline. View them here. They also have a free scamwide guide you can download here. You can call their freephone helpline on 0800 319 6789, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm.

Age UK have a range of resources on their website including staying safe at home, ways to look after yourself and how to keep in touch with people. You can also call their freephone helpline for
information, friendship and advice on 0800 12 44 222 Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.

The Silver Line is a free confidential helpline providing information, friendship and advice for older people. The number is 0800 470 8090 and it's open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
